If you created an account within our application, you’re able to delete your account data directly within the app. However, you may have since lost access to your account, or have been given an account by your school. If you wish to delete your account and its corresponding data, this guide will help you through that process.
Method 1: Delete Your Account from the App
- Go to Settings: In the home screen, find and click on the Settings tab.
- Account Deletion Option: Look for the option to delete your account and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Method 2: If You've Lost Access to Your Account
If you can't access your account for any reason and still wish to delete it, we're here to help.
- Contact Support: Use the 'Submit a Request' option on this support page.
- Use the Same Email: When submitting a support ticket, please use the same email address that you used to create your account in the app. This helps us quickly locate your account information and helps us prove your identity.
- Verification Process: We may need to take additional steps to verify your identity to protect your account's security. This process is essential to ensure that we're interacting with the rightful account owner.
