Login prompts incorrect username/password

Please check the following:

1. Check the username is the email address used to create the account
2. Confirm if there are any errors on screen
3. If correct username and no errors on screen, change the password and contact the administrator

This can also happen after a series of incorrect log-in attempts have been detected within a specific time frame. Simply wait an hour before making a new log-in attempt. If you are unsure about your log-in credentials, you may reset your password via the 'Forgotten Password' function in the log-in screen.
