What will my child learn in RoyalABC World?

RoyalABC World is a challenge-based play APP that forms an integral part of the RoyalABC British English program’s blended learning to allow your child to reinforce his or her language learning at home. RoyalABC aims to develop learners’ ability to:

• love learning and be curious about the world;
• understand very simple aural sentences incorporating the most useful common vocabulary and structures;
• take part in short conversations on topics such as personal information, descriptions,  activities, likes, etc.;
• talk about topics of interest with their peers in a basic way;
• use the principles of synthetic phonics to read and write letters, then words, building up to short sentences, supplemented with the use of sight words where appropriate;
• adopt a growth mindset as opposed to a fixed mindset; and
• apply age-appropriate 21st century skills.
